Wayne L. Kost is an internationally accomplished lecturer, consultant, and quality management expert. He has taught and consulted in the field of Quality Management-Six Sigma, Business Process Improvement and Organizational Transformation in 27 countries. Wayne was keynote speaker at the 2010 World Quality Summit in Beijing, China
Over the past 30 years, Wayne has focused on helping organizations in both the public and private sectors analyze and improve quality, business performance and increase both profitability and customer satisfaction. He has made presentations to and consulted with over 10,000 senior executives helping them to prepare for organizational change and lead business performance improvement efforts.
Wayne served as President and CEO of Philip Crosby Associates, the world’s preeminent quality consulting firm. While serving as the Executive Director of the American Society for Quality, he helped lead the movement to establish the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award and was instrumental in the development of the Business Excellence Model of the European Federation for Quality Management. He has served as Chief Advisor to the World Council on Quality in Education.

Wayne’s education includes a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois; where he was a Governor’s Fellow and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. In addition, he has served as instructor to the United States Air Force Tactical Air Command on advanced management techniques.

During that time, David worked with companies like PPG Industries, Haggar Apparel, General Motors, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Kendall Healthcare, and hundreds of other organizations, educating their management teams and assuring they obtained measurable, sustainable results.
David is a Vice President, Account Executive for Global Performance Partners, which focuses on helping organizations in both the private and public sectors analyze and improve their performance, quality and customer success. In this role he helps organizations identify their improvement opportunities, develops tailored plans to address appropriate organizational change and manages the deployment of that plan. He is a frequent keynote speaker and regularly conducts seminars and consulting sessions showing organizations how to improve their operational performance. David’s education includes a B.A. from Carthage College and a Master’s Degree from Florida Institute of Technology. He is listed in Who’s Who in America.
